Better late than never. Here's my AI racing lines and hints for Fenryr's Circuit of the Americas 2022! This was a request by user @alessio088, so please say thank you to them!
I took inspiration from Verstappen's pole lap in the 2024 US GP Sprint Qualifying, which really caught my eyes during the broadcast with how he was managing the heat in his tyres and making sure to stay within, say it with me, track limits .
Based on my testing, it's about 2-3 seconds faster for the RSS Formula Hybrid 2023. It can get hard to keep up with overheating tyres. Just take note of Turn 1; incidents are likely to occur there with the pinch point. I tried to maintain consistency with the national layout so the AI should drive similar lines in the common corners.

How to Install
- (Optional) Backup the existing AI files by renaming them with a .bak extension. (i.e. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\content\tracks\cota_2022\layout_name\ai\)
- Delete any pre-existing payloads.bin files in the "ai" folder.
- Go back one directory up and go into the "data" folder (i.e. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\content\tracks\cota_2022\layout_name\data\)
- Rename the existing side_l.csv and side_r.csv with a ".bak" extension - this is to prevent AC from overwriting the pre-baked sidelines.
- Extract the contents of the .7zip file.
- Copy the "content" folder and paste it into your AC installation folder (i.e. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa).
- Replace files when requested.
