Although I've raced many Formula 1 tracks on my PC over the years and occasionally watch Formula 1 racing on T.V., this "Paul Ricard" circuit is one of many real life tracks that I have never heard of.

It's a very nice circuit to race -- it slightly reminisces to me of the France "Magny Cours" circuit which I have raced many times...

There's a decent (not much) amount of elevation change which greatly enhances the 'fun factor' and challenging aspects of this track...there are 'blind' turns which you have to be prepared and have to practice over and over to get a hang of, and the turns and chicanes throughout this course are quite varied. I like the wide open feel of this circuit; it is fun and challenging to race this track...like a 'fast stroll' through the French country-side...

I don't quite give this rendition of the "Paul Ricard" circuit a 5-star rating as the graphical textures -esp. the hillside/mountain vistas in the background- are only of average quality, and could be improved on...
Nice work!
As like many rF2 tracks, what I mostly dislike are the saturated, perfect colorsa and signs. The world we live is imperfect, so tracks/cars look best when not perfect either.
Excelent circuit.
Can you share me a 3d model of this?

Hello "tonio racing"
I do not understand what you mean, with a 3D model.
Do you want a picture of the track as a 3D model, what can I do with "3DSimED"?
This is awesome. Sorry to ask this here.Where can I find a tutorial to edit rfcmp files and how to extract them and re-package them again? I have looked everywhere but don't see any tutorials.I want to edit sponsor boards of some tracks. Thanks mate.

Hello "Dawie".
I am glad that you like the track.

I would like to tell you how to update a track, etc.
But it is very difficult to explain in writing.
Everything is handled with the rFactor2 MAS program.
You have to start the MAS program, which you can start with the launcher of rFactor2.
With this program the MAS files are edited and also
created the "rfcmp" files.
But there is this file at rFactor2:
"ModMaker.chm"
There is a lot of information about how to work with the MAS program.
Maybe this file will help you.
The file is here:
C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ rFactor 2 \ Support \ Tools
Can you add 2018 sponsors on Classic tracks for Rfactor 2? Like Kyalami, Imola etc.
Brilliant, looks much better. Can you do more tracks later?

Hello "ATSSHD"
Thanks, I'm glad that you like this track now :-))
Will I revise more routes?
I have slightly redesigned the track "RaceRfactor Baku 2016 v1.11".
http://www.**************************/forum/index.php?PHPSESSID=rqrdgp6u4j9elgqk72otgttre2&topic=4768.0

I've added TV screens and TV cranes to the track.
Only I can not publish this route.
Because I get no contact with the creator to get the permission.
Thank you! All I could ask for is more detail on tarmac - groove, braking marks and maybe some rubber bits.
Superbe piste merci !! :)
Great Job and thank you for sharing.
Tasty!

Absolutely stunning. While this circuit may not be my favorite, the graphics are just breathtaking. The best version in any race sim I have seen. Well done and thank you for sharing.
