Thank you! I can think of doing that in the future, but for now you could open the dashboard on your screen and place it wherever you want.

If you're playing with the dashboard named "No Rev Lights" that's the reason leading to the LEDs not working. Else, try installing the GarySwallow plugin again or updating SimHub to the latest version.
Regarding the speed, I haven't put it in the dashboard because there is no room for it (I'll look into that in the future) and also because it's not vital information while driving.
In fact, the only screens to have the speed are the ones that appear when your current speed actually matters: these are the Pit Limiter and the Slow Down notifications. I hope you understand my point of view.
