Rolex has to be exchanged for Heineken on straight 08 and 09 and Heineken for Rolex on straight 14

I chose not to change Rolex for Heineken between Turn 8 and 9 due to mapping limitations. For the same reason, I decided to put Heineken between Turn 14 and 15 instead. Essentially just changing the two locations with each other because of mapping limitations.
