Fixed tyre temperatures

Apologies for the late update concerning the tyre temperature issue. I have had to revert back to how tyre temperatures work in f1 22 as aposed to f1 23. Due to this tyre warmup does take longer, however to preserve undercuts being powerful as seen in f1 23, I have raised pit exit temperatures from 70 to 85.

Soft Tyres Now Usable Again

There is now a greater difference between the tyre compounds a bit like in the base game, which now makes the softs usable again for certain tracks.

No more W11 Simulator :(

Changed tyre laterial loads back to base game values, as the game had become too easy.
