Many believe that there was a Formula 1 Championship between 1952 and 1953 (In general from 1950 to 1980). In fact, this is not true at all, but let's take this fictional fiction as a basis. Okay, all joking aside, this is a simple mod for those who are tired of the usual career (but about the non-existence of F1 as a championship from 1950 to 1980, I'm serious).
With the mod you will have 5 Formula 1 teams and 5 Formula 2 teams:
F1 (at the top fastest cars):
Renault
Ferrari
Mercedes
Red Bull
McLaren
F2 (all cars are approximately equal):
Alfa Romeo (F2 2019 Prema car)
Williams (F2 2019 DAMS car)
Alpha Tauri (F2 2019 Trident car)
HAAS (F2 2019 ART Grand Prix car)
Racing Point (F2 2019 Arden car)
Drivers performances are quite influential, so in F1 Hamilton will consistently fight for victories, and in F2, for example, Kimi too (because of the rating).
Formula 2 car is normal F1 car, changed only car model (on F2), sound (from F2) and reduced overall car speed. So in Monza, e.g., F2 car is 3-4 seconds slower than F1, in Singapore for 4-5 seconds per lap.
I say right away, if you want to go through a career with this mod, then you will have to do F2 standings manually (you can do it on a piece of paper
).
