Update v 1.3

Here is the latest version (1.3) of the dashboard.

- Fixed bug that was reported to me
- Improved leaderboard coding for better performance.
- Rework of the weather icons and their display.
- Display of the leaderboard during free practice
- Drivers name display in Multi AND Solo GP (don't forget to edit the .txt files in "GS - Options" or copy/paste the .txt files i join in zip file)

To come up:

- Graphical improvement of the display of cars.
- Graphical improvement of the overall dashboard design.

And don't forget my 21/9 Competitive Overlay !

Update v1.21

Following your comments, I made this updtae

  1. Decrease in the frequency of display of the gaps and other times (change approximately every second)
  2. Two slots added to display 22 pilots in "MyTeam" mode.
  3. Change the font of times displayed in the dashboard to improve readability.
