Fixed inconsistent AI tyre strategies in 50% races

Installation:
Make sure you have a vanilla (unmodded) F1 2018 game folder. Drop the “F1 2018” folder of the mod into your Steam games folder (like C:\Programs (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common).
*: Ego Erp Archiver tool is needed for that.
