From time to time people seem to have some problems installing the mod. Back then it all worked, unfortunately I am unable to help at this point. I just don't have the knowledge anymore, the mod was made ages ago. Something a kind user noted to me after troubleshooting himself:

"I would like to inform you the cause of the common crashes on your F1 2007 for F1 2012 mod, which seems to originate from database.bin and schema.bin ( inside the database folder ). It doesn't matter if the files were extracted from the "frontend" EXE or the RC 1.5 update; it will crash the game."

So that might be something to avoid. Anyway, enjoy the mod

Amazing mod, Took me a while to get it working.

Only one small issue is that I can't finish the Young Driver test to unlock the drivers for Williams and Toyota (Force India) as the game requires me to use KERS on the test of overtaking 3 drivers. Is there a way around this?

Oh, another one that managed to get it working after all this time. glad you like it. It was a long time ago, but we can remember we took care of the YDT issue right away. I've checkd the download and its still there. Have a look at the instruction .pdf from this download and go near the bottom to the column "Notes". The YDT issue is explained there and a downloadlink (which seems to be still working) with a workaround is there, too. Good luck!

Everything works, except the 1.5 updates. It crashes the game at launch with no error. Pls fix

Glad 1.0 works. Sadly I am not able to troubleshoot anything anymore, I havent touched anything from this game for years. It worked back then, be sure to carefully read the instructions. Sorry for your troubles

Thank you so much! I really enjoy playing this mod. I just have one tricky question: why is there defaultly combination of Vettel and Albers, who have never met on a track (not counting USA)? If I had done this mode, I would either stick to Speed & Albers or Vettel & Yamamoto

Wow, I'm happy to hear that people still download and enjoy the mod and that you seem to got it working unlike others. I cant answer your question, though. It was a long time ago. I assume we went for Albers, because he had more races than Yamamoto. And we went for Vettel, even if he wasnt attending as many races, he is really popular. I think for most teams we went for the drivers with the most races in that season, Vetel as an exception

It's so sad it worked a year ago now it's not .
I followed the instructions and not working . please can you help me ?
How to install the mod correctly ? I tried everything but it's not working for me :(

I havent used the game for years and my knowledge about details is gone, too.
I am afraid that i can not help you :/

I am not quite sure, but i think we had a base version of the mod and an upgrade. And you had to install both or something like that. Maybe you only installed the update without the base? Hopefully i am not telling something wrong, my memory is questionable...

I download it from all all the steps but after the 5. step (1.0) when I download the tracks, ut can't be isntalled so it doesn't work for me. Please help me.

As you may have read from my other responses to questions like that: I havent touched the game for years, did not mod anything for it for years. I wish i could help but i don't think i have a solution at this point. Few years before and it might have worked out.

MOD DOESN'T WORK

I havent been involed in the game for some time now so i can't help finding the individual errors. What i can safely say is that the mod is working properly when you install it on a fresh-installed game and follow our instructions carefully.

Sorry that something went wrong installing it.

i am not easily offended but hell yeah, now i am. This is not a theft mod. Our team worked hard for months to get it running. You can find the W.I.P. thread of it somewhere on RD aswell. Please explain me why you think this is a theft? (PM or in the thread) Thank you

I am sorry that it crashes your game, but if you follow the instructions carefully everything works fine. Be sure to have a clean installment of your game and install it step by step.

Very Good Mod but i have problem with driver names i team names for example Robert Kubica is Nico Rosberg please help

Are they switched or are they still the 2012 drivers?

Seems like your installation somehow has not updated the language file of the mod

every time i open f1 2012 it opens but 5 seconds later it crashes HELP???
