Some more goodies for a little track in Detroit.Added: street lights, highlighted tents, monitors along the track are working.Also, the water in the bay and reservoirs near the track has been replaced.Implemented support for Rain_Fx, Grass_Fx
Unpack the CSP extension file into the track pack.
