Estonia-19 was a soviet formula car based on Estonia-18 and 18M ideas but with new wedge-shaped aerodinamics body. Also it had lightweight construction through the use titanium alloy. Compared with E-18 it have modified rear breaks. First prototype was build in 1975, Enn Griffel (co-author this car) became Soviet F-3 champion in that year on this car. In next year Griffel and TARK tested wings, but when this car went to series in 1977, it didn't have one, but drivers made it himself. It was built 166 copies during the 1977-1980.
