This skin represents the Williams FW07 that Chilean Eliseo Salazar used to win his third race in the Aurora AFX F1 series at Thruxton on 7 September, 1980, driving for RAM Racing. Search "Eliseo Salazar - Formula 1 Aurora, Triunfo en el Grand Prix Thruxton 1980" and you'll see a video that was both how I discovered this fact, and a great reference for making this race-specific skin.
