Today I felt like taking the de_dust2 map from Counter-Strike 1.6 and making it into a fully-functioning racetrack with 1 layout.
You do have to slow down for the stairs mostly, otherwise your car will take some serious damage.
Good for some fooling around, not for any open-wheelers.
