I'm sorry to say, but this is only 3 stars worth.
Reasons are following.

・You didn't even bother to make appropriate sponsor logos for each individual cars, this is very noticeable for USA2 skins.
・Incorrect car numbers. How could you didn't even notice something like this one? (Or was that intentional?)
・Wrong driver names for USA2 cars. Scorpio Plasma Batteries is driven by Johnny Brown. Chums Gum / J.C. Eagle is driven by Noel Brown.
・Minor wrong details. Such as Mich Brown is being Mitch Brown on your Phantom Full Force skin. This is an actual typo you can see in Daytona USA2 in game. The typo is being a correct detail. (The Mich Brown is being used in Phantom Full Force in Daytona USA 2).
・Tire textures are still being a Good Year, despite of your skins have Little-Wing logos on it, which is the fictional tire company in Daytona USA2.
・Inconsistent sponsor logos. Most of logos are from latest adaptation of Daytona USA Hornet. Which is okay. But then, why there's Little-Wing logos on it, which is from Daytona USA 2?
・Don't add things that original doesn't have, like fictional driver names for non-Daytona USA2 player cars.
・Lack of attentions to minor details. Such as USA2 Hornet has gradient blue behind of Hornet logo on the hood.
・Original skins that not belongs to Daytona USA should've separated. Hence the term, "Daytona USA skin pack".
・No J.C. Eagle and Daytona USA Hornet, yet original non-Daytona USA related skins. There's a priority, I must to say.
・Too much watermarks that ruins the immersion (written in ui_skin.json files).
・Wrong sponsor names. The correct name for Uppercut Racing (for SG8 and Timco Tool skins) is actually Uppercut Helmet. Violent Storm for T.S.N. Wrench was supposed to be Violent Screw as well (I don't blame you for this one, as I took few hours to identify this one as well).
・Some Daytona USA2 logos are straightly ripped from Daytona USA 2 guide book and looks ugly. At least you could put some efforts to redraw them.

Here are pros however.
・Still a good effort regardless of flaws I've pointed out.
・Skin optimization is good.
・Varieties are nice.

Good effort. But quality is just okay but not great nor great.
How can I rate this anything other than 5 out of 5? As one of the three people involved in the original creation of the NR2003 mod (and the project lead at the time), it's nothing short of gratifying to see our work again, especially after the many hours, sweat, and tears making this during our free time all while in high school.

Thank you, Kyle. I apologize for not posting a review any earlier, but better late than never.
