Update Ford Sierra RS500

Added championship version for Ford Sierra RS500 version 2 https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/1987-ford-sierra-cosworth-rs500.24027/
In the new version of the car I increased the weight, and also changed the value of the ABS so that the car did not twitch in the corners.

Replacing tracks. Corresponds to the AC 1.16.3.

Replacing 5 tracks.
All tracks updated to the latest versions.
Sierra and Vauxhall updated to comply with the AC 1.16.3.

Ford Sierra pit stop fix

Now Ford Sierra is not go to the pit stop during a race!

New sound for mod cars (AC v1.10.2), new tracks.

- New sound for Ford Sierra RS500 DTM and Vauxhall Cavalier 1990. Compatible with AC v1.10.2!
- Corrected name of the track Mills for new version 1.2. Do not forget to update the Mills track to v1.2!
- Replace track Brands Hatch by Riverside.
- Corrected sizes preview tracks.

Vauxhall description fixed

Fixed a minor error in the description of the championship with Vauxhall.
