Looks so good! Not only the textures and landscape, but the lighting is awesome.
Only thing I don't like is the fire/smoke from a few of the cones. How can I disable that?

(I prefer the other version with street lamps.)

Indeed! it's great, and no.. I just tweaked the textures. This is like a skin. The track is really old.. but good. the people that bring this track to AC are PJ Edulian and P3ngu1n.

loooks much better though I don't understand why are the lights turned on during the day(which kinda bothers me)

Glad you like it! Yes i think i need to add the proper conditions to lights, so it actually work on night time only. And yes the extra configs from csp really make a difference on tracks and cars.
