It's an addon created for Paintshop app - you have to install it.
A lot of stickers, decals, logos (for example: car brands, LEGO,Burger King, Instagram, Assetto Corsa etc.) for Paintshop app which allows you to paint your car in real time.

I'll be adding a lot more soon (suggest what should it be).
INSTALLATION:
Unpack the files and copy folders into Assetto Corsa folders - that means copy assettocorsa into folder where the game is installed - it should be at SteamLibrary\steamapps\common
or
you can drag&drop into Content Manager.
Than you'll find all my files in the app here (now sorted into 10 folders):
