A simple replica in homage to the life and contributions of Alain de Cadenet.
This is a slightly subtler skin than what can be found for the Ferrari, replicating the all-red 333 SP that De Cadenet drove around the idyllic Brookleys Lake for the Ferrari episode of Victory by Design.
De Cadenet had a storied career, from crashing out at the Targa Florio to an overall third place finish at the 1976 24 Hours Le Mans in a car bearing his own name - he was amongst the last of a dying breed of plucky privateers that defied and beat some of racing's biggest marques on the sport's most prominent stage.
After racing he became a tv presenter, covering mostly automotive and aeronautic topics. In this domain he will likely be best remembered for his presenting of the "Victory by Design" programme, in which he would simply drive a collection of classic machines around private roads and circuits; inviting viewers to enjoy the sights and sounds from onboard some of the world's most exclusive and vaunted racing icons.
Sadly, he passed away in 2022, but his contributions, both inspiring and educational, will no doubt live on for many years.
