Attached is a high definition replica of Brad Frisselle's 'Transcendental Racing' Datsun 240Z built to IMSA GT specifications. The livery has been built up for use with the gd_nissan_240zg model.
Built to IMSA specifications for the 1975 season, largely by a team composed of former mechanics and engineers from legendary teams like BRE and Carroll Shelby, the car would go on to prove its worth in the 1976 season by winning eight of eleven championship races, earning Frisselle, his team, and the orange and yellow Z a Champion Title.
Transcendental Racing would much later evolve into 'Electramotive', the team responsible for the IMSA Group C beast that was the Nissan GTP ZX in the late 80s. The #47 Z would pass through hands competing in regional events in the US and Mexico. It was then restored in the US for historic racing, and restored again just recently, by Z Car Garage of San Jose, California.
