You need the original tracks, they can be found in the rally section on Breathe's track list - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet...aRgZsKHmZiTqWJmrnMHHh323A/edit#gid=2098506925
Here we have track skins for Rally_kenya_stage_1 and rally_kenya_circle.
There is no retexturing, these are just skins to add grassFX, rainFX (Don't expect puddles everywhere! I tried to keep it tasteful..) and a few lights / other bits and bobs to the tracks.
The dirt roads should also now kick up dust instead of grass.
I kept them as entirely optional skins so the original tracks are unharmed.

Hopefully I am using it right.. If you don't get dust or get some error, look in your assettocorsa/content/sfx/ folder - if there is no gravel.wav, copy one across from one of the skins.
