Col du Haut-Koenigsbourg V1.11

Dear Assetto's racer,

Here the changelog of the V1.1 update :
- Reduction of 3D trees numbers (5100 trees, to 4500 trees)

This will allow a little FPS gain.

If the FPS is not here don't hesitate to send me message about it.

- Background Textures replacement
- Addition of vine and plantation
- Addition of normal texture for trees

Now that I've decided to upgrade this mod to the V1.0, I'm not gonna work on this mod for a certain time.
I prefered work on other mod and leave this in this state.

This mod was the first mod on which I've worked, before my mod, Col de Fouchy.

There's some mistakes on this mod du to my lack of knowledges modding, I've try corrected it as I can.

- Light 3D rework of the track
- Textures changement
- Addition of decals
- Addition of element for the A2B layout (Finish / Start line, with paint and tyres)
- Correction of shaders
- Addition of variation in the grass FX
