Circuit Paul Ricard Fast AI 1.1

New AI line for Paul Ricard - Long No Chicane layout by Javire. This is the layout used in GTWC and ELMS.

Edited the existing AI line using the AI Spline Editor app and AI hints to significantly improve lap times, improve side by side racing, and reduce crashing.

Works with GTs, prototypes, and open wheelers except the VRC formula alpha 2024 (the ai/default setup has issues with the curbs)

I welcome anyone to edit and improve this as they see fit.
