here is my brand new version of charade

Warning :
For those who don't have "CM" (content manager) and "CSP" (custom shader patch) I strongly advise you to install them for everything to work properly!

_ CIRCUIT_CHARADE_2023 4km and its new colors
_ CIRCUIT_CHARADE_2023 Historic 8km with a new bend
(The roundabout)
_ Improvement of the road

For CSP:
People / DigitalFlags / Grass / Rain / animations / light night

Now it's up to me to wait for your comments
and see with you if I can still improve or correct certain points

-new tree texture (base shadow)
