Ceres (VR) PP-Filter V1.0

Because of asking, here is the package of my graphic Optimisation.

I use the Files in VR and single Monitor.
in Addition to These PP-Filter i'm using 8x MSAA & 8x nvidia SGSSAA outside of VR.

Content includes:
- My Own PP-Filter (Wagnum based with a few changes like disabled Auto-Exposure)
- graphic.ini (for more Skybox Reflections)

I'm not sure if my weather-files are vanilla, so i give the whole package to you.
