Well, first of all, open a folder of any kunos car. Inside the skin subfolders, there are files called "skin.ini". They refer to specific paths where the game keeps the driver and crew textures. You can find these paths in content\texture (divided by gloves, helmet, suit, and pitcrew stuff). Copying Kunos's folder arrangements, create folders for these textures, and link those names to rhe skin.ini files you want to create. It's all actually copying what kunos does. Cheers!
