CART 1999 - 1.0

How do I install this mod? Whenever I extract the files to the required destination, in game it fails to load the cars, saying "FAILED TO LOAD MAS" files. Help! Thanks!

I was waiting for something like this but... for 1997 season. :D
Cause that's the year on which is based game called "CART Precision Racing" by Microsoft, which makes me fall in love with all these Indy/CART racing.
