I use an H-shifter and in first gear this car drives backwards... I am using CSP v 0.1.79 (recommended) and Sol 2.2.3 if that matters.

Ignore the 'recommended' tag for CSP, it hasn't really been used for a while.
Use the latest version that doesn't cause problems for you.
With very few exceptions I have been using the latest preview releases.
I don't know the minimum version for the BRM but it will be 2. something.

No doubt you deserve 5 stars. I love it.

Some additional information:
First introduced in September 1955 and was used from 1956-60 in F1.

This particular car is '58 onwards as it models the space frame cockpit section rather than the monocoque of the earlier cars.

Well done Mexes, superb car from the 58 F1 Championship. Handles beautifully, love the way it slides around corners, love the way you have to fight the wheel every second to keep her on track. Keep up the great work. Can we have gear change animation please and the rest of the 58 F1 cars.
