After Mercedes bullied everyone out of the GT1 class, the FIA and SRO decided to disband the class all toghether for the 1999 FIA GT season and as a result the British GT championship became the biggest representation of the GT1 class outside of the 24 hours of Le Mans!
With the release of the GT1s in AMS2, i thought it would be a good idea to bring this championship since it is one of the sims to have most of cars and tracks of said championship. As of 14/1/2021 (v0.2), 2 skins for the McLaren F1 GTR and 1 for the Porsche 911 GT1-98 are inluded in this pack:
-EMKA Racing #1 (as per round 1 Sliverstone) replacing the #07 (ID: 55)
-AM Racing #2 (as per round 1 Sliverstone) replacing the #04 (ID: 54)
-G-Force Motorsport #6 (as per Sliverstone round 1), which replaces the Porsche 911 GT1-98 livery #45 (ID:57)
I know that the AM Racing #2 is missing logos but i haven't been able to identify what sponsors they are and don't have clear enough picture of them or the car yet. If you do know which sponsors they are or do do have any high definition pictures of the car, then please send a message on here!
In order to install the skinpack, first go where Automobilista 2 is installed and drop the "Vehicles" folder in there. Launch the game and you should see the skins show up in the "livery select" section.
Also, if you encouner any sort of issues with this skinpack or with one/some of the skin/skins, then immediatly report them to me so as to get a fix out as soon as possible.
Other than that have clean, fair and fun racing with these skins!
