AI tweak for cars that no good outside track UwU
This is meant for my Immersive Career mod and so it's been tested only on Ford Spec Racers, but I reckon it may be useful on other stiff cars.
I made this as a mod so you can switch back to the original AI behaviour when you are not racing with shopping carts.
