A small mod I made for myself for @LilSki excellent Bridgehampton track because on my end, the sand was nuclear\glowing. It's probably ppfilter related but I figured I would post the mod in case anyone else has the same problem. It does not alter the track in any way except for a few shader value adjustments and some track skins to try and reduce the sand glow. Most likely, CSP is required for this to work right. And as always with my mods, backup your current track folder first so you can easily revert back.
The base ext_config file I used was done by @ktulu77 with my additions added. If you are using another ext_config, you will need to make a backup of that file or copy and paste my additions into your current file. Config changes include:
-- Shader adjustments to some materials.
-- Light setting tweaks to have the lights turn on when it rains.
-- Some missing shadow fixes.
-- Animated the American flag at the s\f line.
I kept all the track skins separate so you can pick and choose which ones you prefer to use. Explanation of what they do:
Grass - adds a little bit of green tint to the grass
Sand skins - makes the sand progressively darker as per the skin names.
Trees - takes some of the highlights out of the bright areas on the tree leaves.
One other addition that is optional is that I made the tire walls and embeded tires collidable. If you want to try it, just copy the files from the Optional folder to the track folder.
