Since they are only two skins, I made 6 fictionals to get a more diverse grid.
Drop these skins in your rFactor 2 folder (default path should be C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\rFactor 2\UserData\player\Settings\Brabham_BT44_1975\BT44_7), then start your game, choose the Brabham BT44B #7, and click on TUNING at the bottom. From the showroom, use the 2 arrows next to VARIANTS on the bottom right to select the skin you want to use.
This pack is mainly meant for online racing. If you wish to use them offline for ais, follow the steps above, then from the showroom choose 'Create new car/driver from current', and type in the names/infos you want.
