Just open the .rar file and double click on the file inside. Make sure to install the fonts if SimHub asks for them.

NOTES: The dash does not show live tyre data like pressure and temperature because iRacing doesn't let extractinc these telemetries. Even so tyre data updates when you come into box.
It's been designed for a 800x480 pixel screen (5:3 relation) but should work perfectly on some other resolutions.
