1.0 release, extra LOD & graphical fixes

- I'm listening to your comments, I understand people saying the car is ugly... I corrected a lot of visual problems like the shape of brakelights and the wiggly A pillars
- AI can now shift out of first gear properly
- Headlights work better (not enough to drive at night, but if you really had to move the car out of the driveway so your dad can use the garage, you could)
- Driver position improved
- added LOD to improve performance
- added digital odometer/tripmeter to dashboard for completeness
