CURRENTLY DISCONTINUED BUT LIKELY TO BE RESUMED IN FUTURE
Better AI - Single Seaters
For Assetto Corsa
Hello everyone. Hope you all are doing well.
This mod is a progressive mod, meaning I'll add more and more, and if need be, will improve previous ones.
Tracks currently:
- Redbull Ring, Austria
- Monza, Italy
- Silverstone, England
- Imola, Italy
There’s a whole list of the tracks I plan to do, plus a changelog for when I drop updates, all in the readme in the download.
First/second lap/s will be fairly slow, mainly because of cold tires and everyone is fairly bunched/squashed together. After that they get up to speed and are pretty competitive in terms of lap times. It then all depends whether you sacrifice your tires for speed, or speed for your tires.
Important to note that my settings are 100% AI strength and 50% Aggression.
Installation requires a simple drag and drop into your AC root folder, and replacing the files it requests to.
Current tracks with “Boundaries” files require holding shift every time loading into track, don’t believe there is a workaround since it “bakes” the files into the ai files, but then again I read it as a one time thing, visually the old boundaries show up when you make them visible if you don’t hold down shift. So for now, only holding shift every single time.
