So, to avoid any misunderstandings, first of all thank you! To have this car in a simulator is a gift to humanity and it is absolutely beautiful. Full points and a tip of the hat to you sir! Yet, I had gotten all excited to actually "race" this thing, and I don't know how my imagination could fail so terribly, but after "testing" it I am absolutely astonished at how fundamentally annoying it is to "drive" at that "speed". I had researched races from 1887 to 1900 and found semi suitable replacements for many of the "tracks" used in them, only to find that my brain had loudly and wetly farted when trying to comprehend what 13 km/h actually meant and how monumentally stupid, let alone boring to the point of an anyuerism it would be to attempt that. Absolutely wonderful.
Benz Motorwagen is considered the first car as we define it in the modern way. Obviously there are some precursors, everyone of them contributed to the concept behind the Benz car, as it happens for every invention.
Check out this video. Hope it can clear your mind (and your patriotism lol)
