Belcar billboard skin & track balloon for the newly optimised and improved Reboot Zolder (which is NOT the track available here at RD - it's 'the other one'). This is a fictional skin that tips a vague nod towards the Belcar Belgian Endurance Championship.
To install this track skin and balloon, unzip the file and put it in your AC 'tracks' folder, overwriting when prompted. The new optimised 'nrms_zolder' version of Reboot Zolder will need to be installed first if you don't already have it. This has improved performance, new grass, new lights, VAO patch, LoDs, and more.
