To load the map, Assetto Corsa Manager https://assettocorsa.club/content-manager.html is required, once you have that, you'll need to update custom shaders patch to the LATEST build (do not use recommended) [in settings of ACManager) once you do that, drag the zip into the Manager (or copy the link and hit ctrl V, in the top right corner you will see 3 white lines turn green, click that and you should see "install" click that once installed, profit!
