Automobilista Mod Manager

Mod manager is up and running again. Had to remove the download feature for now, instead you will be redirected to the download page for the mod.

1) Download the mod and put the file in the 'Packages' folder.
2) You can now install the mod via the mod manager as before

Doesn't have to be installed in AMS root folder, can run from anywhere.
