Major camera overhaul updates

In accordance to the latest update of the track mod.

- Fixed the FOV levels (all layouts)
- Disabled the DOF to increase performance (all layouts)
- Repositioned some cameras (East, West, Centre & Centre II)
- Created a brand new camera set because the original cam set was broken beyond repair (East II & West II)

Make sure to overwrite the existing files.

Added the remaining cameras on other layouts

Got nothing to do anyway so I decide to finish it immediately....

- Added new set of cameras on other layouts
- Fixed the FOV and certain stuff on the already existing cameras on East track and both Central layouts
