The content overwrites the reset system in Grid 2, so you can go anywhere on the map.
Note, that it is for the first release of the game, it won't apply for the new maps in DLC-s for example.
Actually it replaces every resetlines.cqtc file with a 0 kb version. It's quite easy to do, but there were about 90 of them.
