Authenticity (PURE) 1.0

Long story short, my desktop is out of reach at the moment (and my laptop is low on space), and I'm waiting to get it back. I accidentally left it somewhere and I'm unable to continue Authenticity until then. In the meantime, I will be working on making Beam.NG mods.


Hey, everyone. So, sadly my laptop space is around 20GB, and I need more space for what I do. I will be taking a break from Assetto Corsa and moving onto Beam.NG & Automation mods. I made a little private car brand back in 2021 called Diamond, and I can't wait to share my mods publicly with you. However, please be patient with me, as the 2021 mods are on a different PC entirely and I have to transfer those over to my laptop. I will probably be using just Automation for now to make mods, and not Beam.NG as it will take up a considerably hefty amount of space. I will be making some new 2024 cars for our lineup. Can't wait to share my mods with you.

Thank you for 3,000 downloads on Authenticity! I promise this is not my departure for Authenticity or Assetto Corsa. I would just like to try other things out, and Assetto Corsa takes a lot of space on my laptop. In the future I will move back to my desktop/PC so I can do these two mods at once, but currently my desktop is not in my reach. I don't have access to it right now since I accidentally left it behind somewhere...

I hope you can forgive me on this. I promise I will continue working on Authenticity once I get my desktop back.

I will be working on the next version of Authenticity sometime this year. I have installed Assetto Corsa again, and I am looking forward to push AC to its limits, again!

So, to be completely transparent. I stepped away from video games for a while because I felt I needed a break. So, I haven't been at work developing the next version while being completely silent.

I want to apologize for that, and I promise to at least give a heads up next time this happens. I currently don't have AC installed anymore, as it would take up a lot of resources on my laptop, but I plan to come back sometime soon when I'm ready. My laptop space is simply not enough for all the things I do, so I'm trying to allocate some more space.

I hope you're all liking the latest version, and when I'm ready, I'll be back to improving the color grading and all that good yummy graphics stuff.

So, about 2 weeks ago, I had to uninstall Assetto Corsa, as I was running low on space on my laptop. So, unfortunately, Authenticity 1.5 is lost.

However, the good news is I'm re-installing Assetto Corsa as I'm writing this, and I already have all my graphics mods in an archive folder that I made a few months back, and I should be up and running in a few minutes!

February 7, 2024, also marks one year of Authenticity, so I'll try to do something special if I can!

I will post an update about Authenticity 1.5 in 2024. I'll be busy the last month of 2023, but development will start this month if I can

It's time to talk about plans for 2024! Which, wow.... only a few months away now!

So, the next update, being 1.5, will come out early 2024. I will be making a lot of improvements, and changes to Authenticity. It will be a complete overhaul.

I'm aware of Authenticity not working correctly on Pure 0.180, and some fixes to Authenticity will be made. If you ever need the 0.9.0 version due to issues with Pure 0.190, or if you simply want the older filter, here you go: Authenticity 0.9.0

After months, 1.0 is finally here! It's a major release with some fixes to the filter for Pure 0.180, but a brand-new realistic graphics experience.

After months of planning, I present to you, Authenticity 0.9.0!

Authenticity 0.9.0 is the most realistic version of Authenticity to date! It brings you a wonderful Pure filter to use, you can fine-tune it, and tweak it to your heart's content!

There is also a personal CSP setting I use, which uses a modified version of S L X C K's "S K Y 1.80" to work well with Authenticity. Which I call, "S K Y + Authenticity"

In the future, Authenticity will have its own CSP setting, but S K Y is a really good basis for CSP, so I hope S L X C K doesn't mind my own twist on the CSP setting.

Here's a little sneak peek of my new work-in-progress Pure filter for Authenticity 0.9.0!

Hello everyone! Before I start, I just want to thank you all for the 1,100 downloads, and almost 15,000 views. Thank you all!

So, without further ado,
Authenticity is FINALLY switching over to Pure!!!!

This means Authenticity soon will be:
More immersive than ever
More realistic than ever
Free of unwanted hues
Free of too much filtering

Authenticity will have one Pure filter when the next version is released. Authenticity's SOL filters will now become legacy filters, and won't be updated anymore, which means they will lose support, they will be kept in the files, but they aren't recommended to use unless you don't have Pure.

Last thing. Authenticity is dropping the beta title and is moving on to... Authenticity 0.9.0! We're forwarding the clock a bit to hopefully have a 1.0 release in 2023-2024, it is a roadmap that isn't complete, but of course, more updates will come soon!

A new filter called Authenticity - Lifelike has been added, and the 0.0.1 filter will be renamed Authenticity - Photo for convenience.


Also fixed the naming of the file, previously I forgot to add the extra period, which was accidentally named 0.01, so now it's fixed in the update: 0.0.2, and also corrected the README file, which was unnamed.
