Open up ERP Archiver/download it if you haven't already.
Settings > Set directory to wherever you have F1 2016 installed.
Open up asset groups > f1_2016_vehicle_package > teams > redbull > wep > redbull.erp
Replace the according files redbull_decal.tga and redbull_paint.tga
