Reordered image gallery and misc. cleanup

Nothing major here.

Re-ordered the image library so dashboard backgrounds are at the top, followed by manufacturer logos. Previously it was a bit of a mess, it should be faster to swap what you want now.

Also did some misc. cleanup and reorganization of the layers.

2 new background options!

- Added 2 new background options:
- Carbon Fiber background + Black gauges​
- Wood background + Carbon Fiber gauges​

- Added some subtle glow to the current gear and job destination text

Refactored gauges, dynamic optimal range/redline RPM, adjusted various elements

- Refactored and optimized tachometer gauges. Should be more performant now and less stutter as it moves up and down.
- Optimal range / redline RPM should now dynamically change (Start of 'optimal range' is redline RPM - 5000; makes it very easy to float gears in ATS.)
- Adjusted cruise control icon to be on bottom.
- Fixed text alignment of various elements.

To easily float gears using this green optimal range:
- When you reach the end of the optimal range and hit the redline, shift into neutral. When it drops to the start of the optimal range, time it so you are slotting up into the next gear at the same time.

Added Cruise Control indicator

Added an early version of a cruise control indicator. Likely going to be doing some adjustments to placements of icons but more or less wanted to make sure it was working properly.

Fix for code

Sorry, had a typo in the gear logic. Should be fixed now.

Update 1.5 -- Fuel bug fix and refactored gear display code

Been awhile. Some fixes in this update:
- Fixed fuel display. Should now work on modded trucks. Please let me know if not.
- Refactored gear code to not be a slop of IF statements.

Added code snippet for 13-speed transmissions

Updated the post with the JavaScript code if you are using a 13-speed transmission.
