This tyre pack aims to recreate the official Pirelli Formula 1 tyre compounds on the ASR-ONE Formula car by ASR Formula.
I much prefer the more rounded front-nosed cars that are on the f1 grid nowadays and so this model for me is very nice to look at, even though it may only be relatively simple! I'm hoping to make some more liveries for this car in the future as it better resembles that of the Mercedes, Alpine & Aston Martin cars in terms of bodywork.
In order to do this I have made Pirelli Tyres of each compound for this car to enhance the experience! ASR have done a pretty good job with this car so be sure to grab the car over at the asrformula*com website if you haven't already! I will probably update these in the future as some of the colours look at tad dark!
Here's some previews of the tyres in CM Showroom on an WIP livery by myself:
Installation:
To install, first download the zip folder containing the Pirelli files. Once this has been completed, copy the "content" folder into your Assetto Corsa game folder. This will look something like this:
?:\steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\(paste here)\
Replace any files that explorer tells you and voila! You should now be able to use these tyres in Assetto Corsa!
If you want to use these tyres only on specific skins, drag and drop the "one_twall.dds" AND "one_twall_blur.dds" of your chosen tyre compound into the skin folder of which you'd like to use it with! If you want to change the compound for that skin in the future, just replace the files with another compound of your choice!
