The problem of suddenly high sensitivity can be solved in the mouse driver. I've tried it, just turn down the patrol rate in the mouse driver and it doesn't happen again. (Lowered from 1000hz to 250hz)

helps with fps but after using this app even after i close ac it still appears as me playing it on steam and cant close it

Dont download it kills your windows (you can fix it by restarting).
But this kills explorer.exe which is your whole windows, Like taskbar, Start menu and stuff and lags ur pc a lot All of this happens after closing the game
