Anderstorp 2007 v 1.1 1.1

Another Race 07 track conversion.

All fences are visible.
Kept most Race 07 ads.
Updated a few shader settings.
Removed a lot of unused textures and objects.
Added some more animation.
Main goal was to lower the pop-ins and texture flicker.
