just replace the "original.dds file" FOR THIS one that you downloaded and RENAME to the name that the original file is using. (do the same thing with suits and gloves)
Ex: In the folder - (GameData \ Vehicles \ F_V10 \ Hitwin Team) there is a file called "Hitwin7.dds". Just paste the new skin in this folder and RENAME to Hitwin7.dds
