It is really good, but also good can be better.
Sounds would need balancing as compared to other content volume level of engine sound is really loud.
Gear display has areas common potential improvement, even professionals tend to miss details on those.
But if you observe edges of numbers on LCD display as well as how each segment is not flat single value in red, replicating real thing in texture would improve visual appearance a lot.

Also notice how black is not flat RGB 0,0,0 texture work there could greatly improve look.
Also gear display is flush with the dashboard, but that often is not the case, so bit more colors to edges could improve visual appearance, IRL there rarely is such sharp transition, like original warning lights sit in kind of crease:

Also instrument cluster in mod appears to be somehow mix of different generations.

Really small things considering how much fun this car is race, but thought I point out some information that might possible help modder to reach even higher levels.
Even Studio 397 struggles with leds and there are many similar room for improvement in gear displays of commercial games, such displays are what are on view constantly when racing, so improvements there give quite lot back I think.
