Alpine Climb for Race07
----------------------------------------
The base for this track is the bonus track from Toca 2 Touring Cars, but everything is remodeled, repainted or changed in one way or another.

"It is hard to overtake and there are a lot of bumpy and slow 1st gear corners, so a good qualifying lap is crucial.
There is almost no time to relax because you need to place the car in the right position for the next corner.
The hairpin after the long sweeping "straight" is very tricky to get right because of the downhill braking."

The track should show up in SuperTouring category, but it can be changed in the gdb file:
( Category = SuperTouring )

V0.9:
* Converted and remade almost everything
* Manually made the aiw file with a simple javascript-based program. The track bounderies and cut detection could be improved.
* The track detail was manually smoothed with increased detail. Some bumps could be more flat/improved.
* This is my first attempt to make a new track (I had the base shape from the conversion to start with).
It should be fully functional with things like rain reflection and starting lights, but a lot like lod's and texture resolution could be improved in future updates.
There are not a lot of space in the pits, so mandatory pit stops can be crowded.

Credits for the original track goes to Codemasters who made the legendary Toca 2 Touring cars game.
This track is made for Racedepartment.com, and should not be uploaded anywhere else.

Where should I install Alpine_Climb_V0.9
GameData?

The folders "Alpine_ST" and "Pitstop" should be placed in ...race 07\Gamedata\Locations
The track is awesome, thank you! The only problem is that I see green dummies in the pits... maybe it's because I put the "Pitstop" folder in the wrong place?

The "Pitstop" folder should be placed directly in "Gamedata/Locations", where some of my tracks share textures. But it should also work if you copy the .dds texture files and paste them into the "Textures" folder of the track
Looking good
