1.2 Many improvements & Wet Physics

This update does the following:
  • Fixed Folder structure, so drag & drop into C.M will now work.
  • Soft & Super Soft Colour improvement.
  • Slick Tyre Tread Improvement
  • Wet Tyre Tread Improvement
  • Inter Tyres Added
  • Wet Tyre Named so used by CSP as wet compound for player & AI
  • Wet Physics Added!
    • Water Dissipation
    • Tyre Temps
    • Tyre Performance at correct temps (75'c ideal temp)

Included all the other tyre compounds!

It was just the wet tyres, but I thought I would do all the tyres.
Note that the Wets are still only visual.
